Required information and usage

Honesthealth, Inc. requires customer information in order to identify the best value medical facilities for you. Our site only requires general information (i.e. location, procedure name, etc.).

We use the information only in order to provide you with the best service possible. We have security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We do not trade or sell your information to anyone and have no intention of doing so in the future.

Safety of Online Services
